Packaged hot water generation systems

Integrated systems for controlled hot-water generation and circulation in industrial process applications.

GIE / 06

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Configured around the operating duty.

Galaxy hot-water generation packages use plate heat exchanger technology for fast indirect heating and controlled supply. Systems can be delivered with skid-mounted piping, circulation pumps, storage tanks and automation for straightforward plant integration.

CONFIGURATION RANGE

A practical equipment family - not a one size fits all unit.

01

PHE generation package

A compact plate heat exchanger transfers heat rapidly while keeping the service and process circuits separate.

02

Skid-mounted system

Pumps, valves, instrumentation and connecting pipework are arranged on a coordinated base frame.

03

Storage & circulation

An optional tank and circulation loop maintain supply; side-entry mixing can improve temperature uniformity.

04

Automated control

PLC-based control can regulate temperatures and coordinate pumps and valves around the operating sequence.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Where this equipment works.

  • Food and pharmaceutical process hot water
  • Industrial and commercial HVAC systems
  • Hotels, hospitals and high-demand facilities
  • Textile dyeing and finishing processes
  • Breweries and fermentation support

ENGINEERING INPUTS

What we need to define it.

  • Required flow rate and outlet temperature
  • Incoming-water and heating-medium conditions
  • Peak, continuous and storage demand
  • Available steam or hot-fluid utility
  • Control philosophy and instrumentation
  • Skid footprint, piping tie-ins and hygiene needs
